New horizontal unit ventilators (HUV's) will be installed to provide heating and air conditioning for classrooms. Cooling and outside air will be self-contained and provided by through the wall air flow. Heating will be provided with hot water distribution. New rooftop energy recovery units will provide heating and cooling for science classrooms. New rooftop packaged HVAC units will provide heating and cooling for selected office areas as well as the band music room. A vertical unit ventilator and ceiling cassette unit each with a remote exterior condensing unit will provide cooling for the lower-level ROTC room. New electrical distribution and power panels as well as power and branch circuit wiring will be provided to power the new equipment. Withdrawal of any bid is prohibited for a period of sixty (60) days after the actual date of the bid's due date. Chandler Park Academy (CPA) / Education Enrichment Services. L.L.C. (EES) reserves the right to reject any or all bids, either in whole or in part, to reject a bid for data required by the bidding documents or to reject a bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular and to waive informality and irregularity in the bids and in bidding. CPA/EES reserves the right to accept alternates in any order or combination and to determine the successful bidder on the basis of the sum of the base bid and the alternates accepted.
