Saving Project...

Renovation of an educational facility in Paragould, Arkansas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Qualified Contractors are invited to bid on a contract for "Auditorium HVAC Upgrades, Paragould High School". The bids shall be on a lump sum basis. Project scope consists of replacing HVAC units and new duct work at the Paragould High School Auditorium. Plans, specifications, bid forms, and other contract documents may be examined at the office of the architect. The owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids, or to waive any formalities. Paragould School District encourages all small, minority, and women business enterprises submit bids for capital improvements. Encouragement is also made to all general contractors that in the event they subcontract portions of their work, consideration is given to the identified groups. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors, and shall be licensed before his bid is submitted. No interpretation of the meaning of the plans, specifications, or other pre-bid documents will be made to any bidder orally. B. Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to: Brackett Krennerich and Associates, P.A., Architects, 100 E. Huntington, Suite D, Post Office Box 1655, Jonesboro, Arkansas 72401/72403 and to be given consideration must be received at least three (3) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bid
