Request for Proposal Sanitation Collection Services The City of Show Low is extending a request for proposals for Sanitation Collection Services for approximately 6,100 residential customers within the City of Show Low. The City requires that refuse collection and recycling occur once per week, per residence. The City is seeking an alternate bid to provide weekly refuse collection and biweekly recycling collection. The City does not own or intend to purchase or repair any collection containers. The Contractor shall be responsible for the purchase, distribution and repair of all containers. The Contractor must also provide up to six curbside excess item pickup times each calendar year on the days mutually agreed upon by the City and the Contractor. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities or irregularities in the bidding process and to reject bids if incomplete or irregular. The City also reserves the right to re-bid if the City deems it necessary, and no fees or restitution shall be paid to a bidder for their work in preparing the bid.
