Site work for a water / sewer project in Buras, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The estimate is between $250,000 and $500,000. The project includes but is not limited to repairs of damages to the Empire Shipyard and Boat Harbor caused by Hurricane Ida in Empire, Louisiana. Contractors submitting bids shall be licensed under LA License R.S. 37:2150-2164, with the following classification: Commercial Construction. Other license classifications may, at the option of the Owner, be considered based upon a thorough review of the Contractor's past experience. The bidder shall show his license number on the bid and on the sealed envelope submitting the bid. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids for just cause; such actions will be in accordance with Title 38 of the Louisiana Revised Statutes. The document deposit will be refunded upon request in accordance with R.S. 38:2212. Validation of the Contractor's license and classifications will be made prior to release of bid documents. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
