Site work and new construction of a clubhouse / community center in Eagan, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,198-square-foot clubhouse / community center; and for site work for a clubhouse / community center.
The work for this bid package includes Contracts for: Contract #0618, Glued-Laminated and Cross-Laminated Timber, and will include design-assist, supply, and installation of the applicable systems. Reference Specification Section 01 12 00 Contract Work Scope Descriptions for detailed listing of items included in the scope of this contract. Document notes: Complete contract documents may also be seen at the offices of the City Clerk and City Engineer, Eagan, MN, at 3830 Pilot Knob Road, Eagan, MN 55122, Phone (651) 675-5646. Contractors desiring a hardcopy of the complete bidding documents may obtain them from the office of the City Clerk, Eagan, MN upon payment of $50.00. No money will be refunded to any person who obtains plans and specifications. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids received and to waive informalities and irregularities in the bidding.
