The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a term contract for recovery and disposal of waste oil, antifreeze, oily rags and used oil filters for the City of Fairfax, VA The period of this contract shall be from the date of award through November 30, 2026. This contract may be renewed at the expiration of its term by agreement of both parties for two (1) additional one-year periods. The multi-year value of the resulting contract shall not exceed $200,000. The City will make an award to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. The City reservesthe right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, to waive informalities and to delete items prior to making the award, whenever it is deemed in the sole opinion of the City to be in its best interest.
