Site work and renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Mena, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
Qualified Sub-Contractors and Suppliers may submit bids to Petree Construction, the Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR), for the Mena School District, Bearcat Concession Stand Renovations in Mena, Arkansas. Submit bids according to the Instructions to Bidders. The Construction Manager at Risk shall govern submittal, opening, and awarding of bids. All work shall comply with State of Arkansas regulations for Public Bidding Projects where CMAR is adopted for bidding, contracting, procurement and subsequent construction. As of May 2, 2024 the project and bid has been cancelled. *This project has been abandoned. There are no plans to move forward with design or construction.
