Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Antis Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; bridge / tunnel; bridge / tunnel; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
As of January 5, 2024, the project has not been awarded. A timeline for award has not been confirmed. This Project is for the Construction of a Multi-use Trail That Will Extend From Becker Road in Antis Township to the Sr 865 Overpass in Bellwood. Two Sections of Trail Will Be Constructed. The First Section Includes Approximately 1,960 Linear Feet of New Trail From Becker Road to the Existing Pedestrian Bridge Over Norfolk Southern Railroad and Includes a New Bridge Over Bells Gap Run. The Second Section Includes Approximately 1,540 Linear Feet of Share the Road and Designated Trail From the Southern Terminus to the Existing Pedestrian Bridge Over Norfolk Southern Railroad to a New Trail Head Adjacent to the Sr 865 Bridge. This Project is to Be Built as Indicated on the Approved Drawings Included in the Bid Package for State Route 0000 Section Lvs in Blair County, Antis Township and Bellwood Borough at the Locations Indicated on the Plans in the Bid Package.
