Jacobsen Construction has been awarded the new USU Gardner Learning & Leadership Building Group (GLLB) project on the USU Campus in Logan, Utah. As the Design Phase of this project is concluding, Jacobsen is soliciting Trade Contractor bids for award consideration. Your firm is cordially invited to submit a bid for the Bid Package #1 work of this project in accordance with the issued contract Documents, Bid Manual, and Bid Package scope descriptions. BP#1 03A Concrete 03B Rebar 05A Structural Steel 06C Mass Engineered Timber/Wood Design & Engineering 23A Air Handling Unit 31A Excavation and Site Utilities 31A SWPPP 31B Site Concrete 32E Temporary Fencing The overall construction duration of this project is planned to be approximately 17 months. The work of Bid Package #1 is anticipated to begin in the coming weeks and substantial completion is planned to be achieved in April of 2025. Thank you for your interest in this project.
