As the Main Construction Manager (MCM) for the Giant Mine Remediation Project (GMRP), Parsons Inc. (Parsons) is requesting competitive bids for the purpose of selecting the best value firm to provide all services associated with this solicitation for Giant Mine, located in Yellowknife, Northwest Territories. The Request for Proposal (RFP) price must include the cost for all labour, supervision, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the work outlined in this RFP document and according to the attachments defined in this document.
