All questions regarding this bid must be received by or before 5:00 pm (EST) on November 22, 2023. The attached Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made by Greenville Utilities Commission (GUC) and must be considered as part of the bid proposal. GUC has adopted an Affirmative Action and Minority and Women Business Enterprise Plan (M/WBE) Program. Firms submitting a proposal are attesting that they also have taken affirmative action to ensure equality of opportunity in all aspects of employment, and to utilize M/WBE suppliers of materials and/or labor.
