Renovation of a municipal facility in California, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
California City Hall Exterior Renovation (Replacing Exterior Fiber Cement Siding) City of California 500 S. Oak Street California, Missouri 65018. A certified or cashier's check or bid bond, executed by the bidder and an approved Surety Company, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The Contractor shall not pay less than the current prevailing hourly rate of wages for work of a similar character in the locality in which the work is performed, as determined by the Missouri Department of Labor and Industrial Relations. Payroll records will be required from the Contractor by the City of California. The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive all informalities in bids. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the specified time for receipt of bids. Likewise, the Owner reserves the right to select the lowest and best bid which is in the best interest of the Owner.
