Completed plans call for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a water / sewer project; playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
Shiel Sexton is seeking qualified subcontractor bids for the IPS Arlington MS - Athletic Fields project for work associated with the following bid packages: Contract No. 01 - Demolition/Earthwork/Utilities Contract No. 02 - Chain Link Fencing & Gates Contract No. 03 - General Trades Contract No. 04 - Synthetic Turf Contract No. 05 - Electrical/Communications/Security Contract No. 06 - Asphalt Paving Each bid shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 5% of the total base bid amount. This project is not prevailing wage. Any bid over $100,000 needs a bond. The bids being sought for this project include, but are not limited to, the following: Batting cages, shot put pad & circle, dougouts, benches, foul ball polls, tennis nets & posts, flab polls, 4 Tennis Courts Topping, marking, site concrete slabs & Drives – under batting cages, dugouts, bleachers and area around bleachers, temporary Fence, Landscape
