Rehabilitation of the North Plymouth Concrete Reservoir and the South Pine Hills Concrete Reservoir. The project generally consists of rehabilitation work on two concrete reservoirs: the North Plymouth Concrete Reservoir and the South Pine Hills Concrete Reservoir. Generally, the tanks require exterior tank cleaning and new architectural coatings and grout repair, interior tank cleanings, interior wall waterproof coating and interior wall joint waterproofing, prestress wire inspection and repair, removal and reinstallation of electrical components, and interior pipe coating. There is other appurtenant work including but not limited to the installation of new overflow screens, wall manway gaskets, dome access hatches, dome vents, dome handrail systems, and minor electrical work. Bidders' attention is directed to the necessity of adequate labor, equipment and scheduling being committed to the work in order to meet the Contract completion date. The North Plymouth 1.15 MG concrete reservoir is 70 feet in diameter and 40 feet high to overflow and was constructed in 1980 by Natgun (DN Tanks). The South Pine Hills 1.0 MG concrete reservoir is 65 feet in diameter and 45 feet high to overflow and was constructed in 1975 by Natgun (DN Tanks). This agreement shall be for the period as specified in the Notice to Proceed and is to be completed in the contract time of 210 days. Generally, the first tank can be taken offline on April 15, 2024, and must be back online by the 15th of June, 60 days later. The second tank can be taken offline on September 1, 2024, and must be back line by the second week of November 2024.
