Spartanburg County shall evaluate each of the bids using the criteria set forth in Exhibit D attached hereto. The County reserves the right to request Bidders to appear for an additional presentation followed by a question and answer period, in order to further evaluate qualifications. The additional presentations, if any, will also be scored and combined with prior scoring to determine the successful Bidder. If applicable, Bidder shall submit with their bid a bid bond, when applicable, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid price. This bond may be in the form of Certified Check, Cashier’s Check or Bank Money Order of any national or state bank and shall be made payable to Spartanburg County. A copy of current Certificate of Insurance must be included with the bid. Certificates of Insurance for all such policies shall be provided by the Bidder’s insurance agent or broker within ten (10) working days from the date of Notice of Award and shall meet the following requirements:
