The program is a continuation of USANs efforts to expand the density of uses in downtown to reestablish a year-round, sustainable neighborhood. Disposition of key parcels has already supported significant new mixed-use development on Third Street. Working with an Architect/Engineer consultant, USAN has determined that the buildings roof and deck need to be replaced in order to prevent further water infiltration or deterioration (the Project).
