Question Deadline 12/11/2023 at 5:00 PM ET All bidding Requests for Information (RFIs) The City of New Bedford, Purchasing Department, in conjunction with the Department of Facilities & Fleet Management is soliciting sealed bids for the West Beach Bathhouse & Lifeguard Station Renovation located at 195 West Rodney French Blvd, New Bedford, MA 02740. The work of this contract will require a DCAMM Prime General Contractor certified in General Building Construction work. This work will also require DCAMM Filed Sub-Bidders certified in the following categories: Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC. The bid process and award of this Contract will be under the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 149. The estimated budget for this project is $1,300,000 and is partially funded by ARPA. The estimated substantial completion date is six (6) months from the notice to proceed, estimated June 2024. Bid Results: Plumbing : Robert W.
