IWK Health is issuing this Request for Proposal to renovate the level 4 Link Building's waiting room, administration spaces, and upgrade one washroom to meet accessible code. The renovation goal is to improve patient and family clinical care experience and support increased privacy and space utilization. The project will include the construction of two separate waiting rooms, and administration areas on each side of the floor for the Mental Health and Addiction team, and Childrens Psychology teams, and the upgrade of a washroom in the Children's Psychology area to meet accessibility standards. The renovation will be completed in two phases to ensure the adjacent spaces remain operational and accessible to IWK personnel during the renovation. Estimated Duration of Contract (months): 12
