**As of February 19, 2024, This project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Relocate Taxiway K A Proposal Guaranty in the form of either a Cashier's check drawn upon a state or national bank or a Proposal Bond with a Surety's Bond Affidavit and in the penal sum of five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid amount will be required with each bid proposal. The Town of Morristown reserves the right to reject any and all bid Proposals and to waive any informality in bid Proposals received. Contractor and all subcontractors must comply with all applicable provisions of the New Jersey Public Works Contractor Registration Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 and the New Jersey Prevailing Wage Act, N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.25. All inquiries shall be directed to Russell Ashburn, III, P.E. and Kate DeJarnette at Delta Airport Consultants, Inc. on the Bidder Question Form included herein and emailed to rashburn@deltaairport.com and kdejarnette@deltaairport.com. Questions or requests for clarification received less than ten (10) business days before the date appointed for submission of bids shall not be responded to.
