The Maryland State Highway Administration located in Anne Arundel County is currently requesting bids from vendors to establish a 36-month contract written for the lowest bid for preventative maintenance, as-needed repairs, and the furnishing of supplies for its wash bay located at 910 Stewart Avenue Glen Burnie, Maryland 21061. Vendor shall maintain and utilize a fully stocked work truck or van to be able to perform routine maintenance and repairs to common problems in one trip. This work truck must have the tools and equipment needed to make common repairs to hoses, fittings, nozzles, wands, etc. Vendor shall have been in the business of installing and repairing commercial wash systems for a minimum of 5 years. Prices submitted in response to this solicitation are irrevocable for ninety (90) days following the due date. The Procurement Officer may, however, request vendors to extend the time during which the State may accept their bids. Once a bid is accepted, all prices, terms, and conditions shall remain unchanged throughout the contract period. No Pre-Bid Conference will be held. The duration / term of the contract is 36 months or total payments of $50,000, whichever comes first.
