The consultant shall be capable of providing engineering review and design services. In addition to the design, the consultant shall be capable of providing survey, reports, studies, master planning, conceptual designs, construction administration, specifications, permitting, and budget estimates on an as needed basis. The consultant may supply all services ancillary to the projects. The consultant must be an Arizona registrant and properly licensed and certified to perform services in Arizona. Question Deadline 12/07/2023 at 5:30 PM MT Licensing and Certifications A Registration as a Technical Registrant in the State of Arizona at the time of SOQ submission. The selected Vendor will be required to execute the Town's standard Professional Services Agreement in a form acceptable to the Town Attorney. A sample of the Professional Services Agreement is included with this RFQ. If the Town is unsuccessful in negotiating an Agreement with the highest-scoring Vendor, the Town may then negotiate with the second, then third, highest-scoring Vendor until an Agreement is executed. Town Council approval may be required. The Town reserves the right to terminate the selection process at any time. By submitting a SOQ, the Vendor certifies it shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment in violation of Federal Executive Order 11246.
