Renovation of a medical facility in Moncton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
* Award subject to final approval. The scope of the project is to replace the entire roof shingles of the Veteran's Health Centre in Moncton, NB. Tender documents will be posted on NBON. Hard copies of tender documents are available to contractors upon receipt of a non-refundable, $160.00 payment to Martin Patriquin Architect Inc. Tender documents may be obtained at the office of Martin Patriquin Architect located at 85 York Street, Sackville, NB (TEL: (506) 536-1606). Each bid must be accompanied by a security deposit in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tendered quotation. The security deposit may be in the form of a Bid Bond or Certified Cheque, Bank Draft, Money Order or Negotiable Security as indicated on the Tender Form. An "Irrevocable Standby Letter of Credit" is considered to be an acceptable "Negotiable Security".
