The project consists of a single prime contract (General Contractor) to perform the work. The scope of work includes: selective demolition, exterior and interior improvements. Exterior improvements include: roofing, siding, gutters, downspouts, stairs, railings, window and door replacements, wood-framed deck. Interior improvements include kitchen renovation, bathroom renovation(s), and interior finishes (Hardwood floor refinishing, new LVT flooring, trim, drywall and painting). HVAC, electrical and plumbing upgrades are also included. The scope of work includes: selective demolition, exterior and interior improvements. Contract term: One-time contract CR Number: 2103828 Prevailing wage: Davis Bacon Act Prevailing Wage Rates do NOT apply to this project. Bid security in the amount of five percent (05%) of the Bid will be required of all bidders The Broome County Land Bank reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to award contracts in the best interests of the Broome County Land Bank.
