Transformer Replacement o Provide and install one 250 KVA Pad mount Transformer o Previously installed load break elbows or stress cones are not applicable to the new transformer format. Testing and Certification o Arrange for third-party testing and certification of the new transformer prior to installation. o Energize, test, and label the new transformer, including testing of facility power Labor and Services o Provide all equipment, labor, materials, permits, and other services required for a successful installation. o Coordinate with any subcontractors necessary for the successful completion of the project. o Ensure that qualified, licensed contracting services and labor are provided. Shutdown Execution o All prep-work must be performed prior to the shutdown execution to ensure minimal disruption o If a DTE shutdown is required, coordinate with DTE and HCMA to ensure minimal disruption and adherence to safety protocols.
