A. The Work of this Contract consists of a new Booster Pumping Station. The work includes a new building, pumps, piping, site work, electrical, and controls. B. Furnish all materials, equipment, supplies, and appurtenances; provide all construction plant equipment and tools; and perform all necessary labor and supervision. C. Coordinate the progress of the Work including coordination between trades, subcontractors, suppliers, public utilities and Owner to insure the progress of Work. D. It is the intent of this contract that Work proceed in the most expeditious manner possible. E. A new booster pumping station will be constructed off Sugar Creek Drive near the existing Columbia County Fire Station between I-20 and Lewiston Road. In addition, the Contractor shall install a 16" section and 16" discharge line that connects to station. The work shall include site clearing, grading and paving. The deadline to submit questions will be May 8, 2024 at 5 PM E.T **As of February 21,2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** No submitted bid may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days.
