Site work for a road / highway in Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.
Provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision necessary for the replacement of an existing traffic signal at the intersection of Route 19 and Short Street work includes sidewalk and ramp installation, as more clearly specified in the Contract Documents. Bids submitted directly to Cranberry Township will be invalid and considered non-responsive. Questions regarding this bid shall be submitted via the "Clarifications" feature within PennBid. All bids must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond in the amount of One-Thousand Dollars ($1,000) payable to Cranberry Township. All bids shall remain irrevocable for 60 days after the actual date of the opening. The estimated cost of this Project is greater than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000) and the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act shall apply. The Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any defects or irregularities in the best interest of the Township.
