Project is no longer needed.** Provide complete construction management services to include contracting professional sub-contractors in civil, MEP, and structural services to build a complete fire station. The construction manager at risk (CMR) shall be responsible for bidding all aspects of the work to quality licensed sub-contractors and ensuring the selected teams are fully competent and able to perform the entire scope of their work as shown on the construction documents. All solicitations are subject to the Prohibition of Lobbying Clause - (1) Bid totals only will be read aloud at Bid openings and (2) Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with Selection Committee process, and as the meeting is noticed.
