Reference Number 0000335428 The City of Southfield is soliciting bids for the purchase of cold patch high performance asphalt product materials as described below. It is City's intent to establish a one-year firm-fixed price contract. Deliveries will be requested on an as-needed basis throughout the term of the contract.
