Reference Number 0000335420 On behalf of the Auburn Hills Tax Increment Finance Authority (TIFA), the City of Auburn Hills (City) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors for the removal of all building components and site demolition on the property located at 3257 Auburn Road, Auburn Hills, Michigan. 1. Obtain a Demolition Permit from the City. Notes: Permit and inspection fees will be waived. The City will arrange, secure, and pay for utility cut-offs. 2. Secure the demolition site with temporary construction fencing and all necessary soil erosion prevention measures as required. 3. Complete the required asbestos abatement - Survey results in Appendix A. 4. Raze and remove the existing structure, which is approximately 2,128 square feet in size. 5. Break up and remove all basements, footings, foundations, slabs, etc., under the demolished structure.
