Site work and renovation of a power facility in Minganie, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for site work for a power facility; and for the renovation of a power facility.
Upgrades to the Montagnais electrical distribution station the scope of the project includes: Civil works - Reinforced concrete foundations; - Installation of steel frame; - Creation of the course structure. Electrical installation work - Installation of a 735 kV power transformer; - Replacement of a 120 kV current transformer. Control works - Installation of control panels; - Pulling and connecting cables; - Cable removal. TIMELINE: The owner has cancelled the project and the tender for the general contractor AM006848. The owner is re-evaluating the project budget and changing the scope of work. Scope of work, budget and timelines of further project development are not determined. If/when a new tender for construction of this project is issued, it will be followed in a new separate report. Coverage of this report has been discontinued.
