**As of January 5, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded sometime next week.** King Valley Water Main Replacement - Phase 2. The bid is comprised of the following principal items and approximate quantities: +- 2,100 Feet of 6" CL350 D.I. Water Main and Appurtenances. All Bidders must be responsible, meeting the criteria and requirements set forth in the specification documents. Prequalification of Bidders is not required. This project is considered a "Public Works" project and is governed by competitive bid laws as contained in Title 39 of the Alabama Code. Bidders, subcontractors, suppliers, and Bond Agents should be familiar with this code. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive technicalities. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty days from the date set for receiving of the same. There will not be a Pre-Bid Conference for this Project *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
