Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a medical facility in Columbia, Missouri. Completed plans call for the addition of a medical facility; for the demolition of a medical facility; for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
**As of January 9, 2024, project was awarded to River City but awarded amount is not available.** The targeted GMP for this project is $37,800,000. This project shall have a Supplier Diversity participation goal of 10% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE), 10% Women Business Enterprise (WBE)//Disadvantage Business Enterprise (DBE), and a 3% Veteran/Service-Disabled Veteran (SDVE) of the GMP. The Construction Manager at Risk is strongly encouraged to include minority and women owned firms. CMRs are also strongly encouraged to include Missouri-based firms on the team. The project envisions demolishing the existing Veterinary Medical Diagnostic Laboratory (VMDL) facility to construct facilities to include a Histopathology Core, Clinical Pathology Core, Toxicology Lab, and other spaces supporting the VMDL. Improvements for the Clydesdale Hall Veterinary Health Center are under consideration as budget allows, including a possible connection between the Clydesdale and VMDL facilities. The targeted GMP for this project is $37,800,000. The GMP is anticipated to be established during Design Development in May 2024. The CMR is required to substantially complete the project no later than October 30, 2026.
