Purpose : The Nashville District U.S. Army Corps of Engineers intends to issue a construction solicitation for the subject project at Kentucky Lock Resident Office. This is a Pre-solicitation Notice. The Scope of Work for this requirement will be available upon solicitation issuance. PROJECT DESCRIPTION: Renovation of two existing field offices, including the purchase and installment of new office workstations, located at the Kentucky Lock Resident Office (KLRO) compound. The QA office trailer will include removing eight (8) existing office workstations and replacing with twelve (12) new office workstations, adding a kitchenette and second restroom, and adding additional miscellaneous items. The Resident office trailer will include adding one (1) stand-alone office workstation, renovating one (1) restroom, and adding additional miscellaneous items. This description is not intended to be all encompassing and is subject to change. SITE VISIT : An organized site visit has been scheduled for-- 17 January 2023 at 1000 hrs.
