KIRTLAND AIR FORCE BASE DRINKING WATER TEST WELL, KIRTLAND AIR FORCE BASE, BERNALILLO COUNTY, NEW MEXICO The proposed procurement is an Unrestricted Best Value Request For Proposal (RFP), and thus open to large and small businesses. NAICS is 541620, with a size standard of $19,000,000.00. Offerors attention is directed to Section K in the Solicitation for information regarding the tour of the site. Plans will be issued on or about 19 Mar 2025, with proposals due on or about 22 Apr 2025. Offerors are advised that this requirement may be delayed, cancelled, or revised at any time during the solicitation, or final award process. THE PROJECT consists of Drilling of 1 (one) 1,250-foot deep 6-inch diameter test well, soil sampling and testing, well development and pump testing, water quality sampling and testing, well abandonment, and completion of a Final Well Report. THE PROJECT will be advertised as a Request for Proposal. Competitive proposals will be evaluated based on the evaluation criteria set forth in the solicitation package. Evaluation by the Government will result in selection of a firm that represents the best value to the Government. The proposed procurement will result in a firm-fixed price contract.
