The Dakota CUSD #201 is accepting bids for roofing of the library and adjacent entryways at the Dakota Grade School. The successful bidder will need to supply proof of warranties, payment of prevailing wage, and criminal background checks. SCOPE OF WORK - Carefully remove and set aside any gutters, and downspouts. - Remove and properly dispose of all shingles. - Remove and properly dispose of the underlayment covering. - Replace any wooden substructure that may have been damaged. - Install a new synthetic underlayment. - Install new metal facia and flashing. - Install new metal roofing panels, hardware, vents, and snow barriers. - Reinstall gutters and downspouts
