Scope of Work Provide material, labor, and supervision to install new steam and condensate return piping for Jones Dining Hall at Texas State University, San Marcos, Texas. Connect new underground 6 steam and 4 condensate return piping to existing in Talbot Street. Remove the existing paver sidewalk and route new piping underground, into the crawlspace, and connect to the existing crawlspace. Abandon in place the unused steam and condensate piping. Cut and/or trench and repair street, sidewalk pavers, and landscaping planters as required to match original conditions. Construction Scheduled Start Date 02/05/2024. Target Construction Final Completion date 06/14/2024 CSP Submission of Written Questions Deadline (5:00 p.m.) 12/01/2023 LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: The undersigned agrees that, from the compensation otherwise to be paid, the University may withhold the sum of Five Hundred Dollars ($500) per calendar day for each calendar day after the Substantial Completion Date that the work remains incomplete, which sum is agreed upon as the amount of liquidated damages which the University will sustain per diem by the failure of the Undersigned to complete the work at the time stipulated in the Contract. The undersigned agrees to execute the Payment and Performance Bonds within ten (10) calendar days, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price,
