No bids received They are not intended to limit the scope of work, nor do they diminish this trade contractor s obligations to provide a complete scope of work. The scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Trade contractor will be required to provide all permits and license required to work in the City of Trenton, Dade County, and Georgia .Trade contractor will be responsible for all necessary tools and materials to complete their scope of work. Trade contractor to ensure that entry doors are similar to the Andalucía collection as manufactured by Grand Entry Doors, 6000 Fairview Road Charlotte NC. Door Hardware to be Egg and Dart style, Windsor plate knob and deadbolt. Deadbolt where required. Trade contractor to be responsible for keying of locks to match owner standard. This bid package pertains to select doors only, which will be discussed at length at a mandatory pre-bid meeting. Installation is to be included.
