This is a 5 year requirements contract to perform sampling and testing of traffic marking paint and beads according to the UDOT Materials Manual of Instruction (MOI). Perform field investigations as needed of applicator handling and application practices according to the UDOT Quality Management Plan (QMP) 513. The contractor must attend project and advisory committee meetings as requested and coordinate their activities with UDOT. Question Deadline 11/21/2023 at 10:00 AM MT The signature of the offeror on the bid documents will be used as a legally binding signature. The State does not guarantee to purchase any service/amount under this contract The Contractor shall be responsible for all applicable company wages in accordance with the federal, state, and local laws and ordinances. The contract number and order number must appear on all invoices, bills of lading, packages and all correspondence. The State reserves the right to adjust incorrect invoices.
