Salt Lake City Corporation (the City), is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified suppliers to provide three (3) Runway Closure Markers with Generators and Trailers, for the Department of Airports. The selected bidder will be notified and shall be issued a purchase order from Salt Lake City Corporation. The award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids submitted in response to this solicitation, to waive any informality or technicality, or to accept bids deemed to be in the best interest of the City. All questions requesting clarification or interpretation of any section or sections of this Request for Bid must be submitted in writing. Bidders must submit questions on-line through the U3P website prior to 10:00 am, November 27, 2023. The equipment specified shall be delivered to Salt Lake City Dept. of Airports, 1150 North 3850 West, Salt Lake City, Utah 84116, together with parts manuals, operator's manuals, dealer warranty, dealer's report of sale and all other documents specified and required. Salt Lake City Corporation shall not accept equipment until all documents specified have been provided. Salt Lake City Corporation reserves the right to reject any equipment delivered, or any part of said equipment, if said equipment or part thereof fails to conform in every respect to the equipment
