Site work and paving for a road / highway in Boyce, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, expertise, and other incidentals necessary, except as otherwise provided in the contract, to successfully complete the following work on National Forest Road (NFSR) 247-1 within the Kisatchie National Forest. 1) Cleaning and reconstructing of ditches and leadoffs. 2) Reshaping the road prism and placement of surface aggregate. 3) Seeding and fertilizing of ditches. Work begins at NFSR 243 on NFSR-247-1 and will consist of 3.5 miles of ditch and road prism reshaping, with the placement of aggregate surface material. All work will be staked in the field by Forest Service personnel. NFSR 259S work begins at Parish Road 214 on NFSR-259S and will consist of 1.6 miles of ditch and road prism reshaping, with the placement of aggregate surface material. All work will be staked in the field by Forest Service personnel.
