The City of High Point is actively seeking proposals from a qualified and experienced Contractor to provide meter installation services for the City of High Point's Customer Services Department. The City's 95 square-mile service territory is in the Piedmont Triad region of North Carolina and is positioned between the cities of Winston-Salem to the northwest and Greensboro to the northeast. The City's headquarters is located in High Point, North Carolina. The City has selected Tantalus as their AMI vendor for both electric and water AMI. Harris is the selected MDMS and customer engagement platform vendor. The MIV will be responsible for the electric meter installations, for forms 2S, 12S and 16S. The electric meter type to be installed is Itron Centron II C12.19. The City reserves the right to accept or reject, in whole or in part, such proposals as appears in its judgment to be in the best interest of the City The successful proposer shall be required to comply with all applicable equal employment opportunity laws and regulations, and all other applicable governmental laws and regulations as set forth by the City of High Point and the State of North Carolina.
