Contractor(s) shall provide preservation and conservation maintenance services in accordance with the following scope of work General Ignacio Zaragoza Statue: Contractor shall replicate, recast, and repair the sword hilt which was removed from the left hand of the 16-foot statue, inspect, clean, and wax the entire statue and the concrete base pedestal, and provide a treatment plan to include instructions on annual maintenance (Attachment A). Respondents shall provide their proposed work plan(s) and project schedule to complete the Restoration services with their bid response. Upon award, the TPWD project team will meet with the awarded Contractor to review the proposed approach, identify any special considerations pertaining to the services and approve the final work plan and work schedule prior to any services being performed. ATTENTION: It is the responsibility of interested parties to periodically check the Electronic State Business Daily (ESBD) website for updates to this solicitation prior to submitting a response. The Respondent's failure to periodically check the ESBD will in no way release the selected contractor from "addenda or additional information" resulting in additional cost to meet the requirements of the RFP. TPWD reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in proposals received.
