The Project consists of furnishing all labor, equipment and materials (except as otherwise specified), and performing all work necessary for the construction of a park with pavilion, monument signs, playground, water feature wall, plaza, concrete trail and sidewalk, masonry low walls, landscaping, irrigation, and associated appurtenances detailed in the construction plans and specification. A Bid Bond in the form of a cashier's check, a certified check, or an acceptable bidder's bond made payable without conditions to the "Town of Flower Mound, Texas" in an amount of not less than five percent (5%).
