The intent of this contract is to provide Stafford County Public Schools with an on-call term contract for tile and carpet services in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions and Special Terms and Conditions and Specifications/Scope of Work stated herein. Contract Term: The initial term of this contract shall be for a period of one year from the date of award with the option to renew for up to two (2) additional successive one-year periods upon mutual written consent of the parties to the contract. Pre-Bid Conference: No pre-bid conference is scheduled. All pre-approval requests for equal products and all questions and inquiries regarding the IFB must be received in writing on or before December 1, 2023 no later than 2:00 P.M. Stafford County Public Schools (Stafford Schools) requests bids for the work described in the Specifications/Scope of Work section provided below. This solicitation is subject to the provisions of Stafford Schools' Instructions to Bidders, General Terms and Conditions for Construction Contracts and any other Special Terms and Conditions provided with the Bid Documents. Stafford Schools assumes no responsibility for oral instruction, suggestion, or interpretation; any question regarding the bid documents shall be submitted in writing to the Procurement Officer identified above, and any material change will be submitted to all bidders in the form of a Bid Addendum.
