The R.M. of Monet No. 257 is accepting sealed tenders for gravel crushing and stockpiling. We require 30,000 cubic yards of 7/8" road gravel and 10,000 cubic yards of 1 1/4" gravel crushed and stockpiled on site at NE 19-26-13 W3. Crushing is to be completed on or before April 1, 2023. Each tender shall include the following: - a breakdown of all costs associated with your total crushing price adn list taxes that must be added or are included in your crushing price. - stripping price if required - price for reject - Mobilization fee - a list of equipment/machinery that will be used and the insurance coverage for the equipment/machinery. Due to the sensitive location of the gravel pit, Council reserves the right to ban machinery/equipment from the pit that is not in good repair i.e. oil leaks. Fuel storage will not be allowed in the gravel pit area; - an expected start and finish date The R.M. of Monet No. 257 will hire a third party to measure the piles after the gravel is crushed and pay based on the cubic yards measured The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted and Council reserves the right to reject any and all tenders.
