Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,522-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; for the demolition of a fire / police facility; for the remodel of a fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

Project consists of a 1,522 square foot single story addition to the existing Moorhead Fire Station #1 including select remodeling and various site improvements. The addition will be slab on grade, masonry construction with a precast roof structure. Remodeling will entail the relocation of existing equipment and systems, as well as new overhead doors. Site work includes removal and replacement of the majority of existing impervious surfaces. Bid Security in the amount of five (5%) percent of the Bid including all add alternates, must accompany each Bid in accordance with 00 1000 - Instructions to Bidders. Check and the amount thereof, shall be forfeited to the City of Moorhead, as liquidated damages if the bidder upon the letting of the contract to him/her, shall fail to enter into the contract so let.
