Renovation of a residential development in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
The Plymouth Housing Authority, the Awarding Authority, invites sealed bids from Kitchen Cabinet and Counter Installers for the Kitchen Replacement Phase III project at High Cliff Senior Housing, 23 Prince Street in Plymouth, Massachusetts in accordance with the documents prepared by the Plymouth Housing Authority. The Project consists of removal/disposal and installation of new kitchen cabinets and counter tops in Twenty-Two (22) units. Bids are subject to M.G.L. c.149 44A-J and to Davis Bacon wage rates as required by U.S. Dept. of HUD. Bid Forms and Contract Documents will be available . General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit that is not less than five (5%) of the greatest possible bid amount (considering all alternates), made payable to the Plymouth Housing Authority. Otherwise the deposit shall be the property of the Awarding Authority. Additional sets may be purchased for $30.00 each. Bidders requesting Contract Documents to be mailed to them shall include a separate check for $15.00 per set, payable to the Awarding Authority, to cover mail-handling cost. The existing building will be available for review by appointment only.
