The Scope Of Work Required Of The Selected Design-build Firm For This Project May Include, But Not Be Limited To, The Following Design, Permitting, And Construction Elements Necessary For The Conversion Of The Former Brentwood Elementary School Into The Brentwood Branch Library, Community Meeting Space, And Administrative Offices All In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Design Criteria Package Prepared By The City.
