Reference Number 0000259731 Question Acceptance Deadline 2023/11/23 12:00:00 AM EST Queensway Carleton Hospital is going out to RFSQ to Pre-Qualify General Contractors for a three (3) year term. Commercial General Liability Insurance issued on an occurrence basis for an amount of not less than $2,000,000 (Category A) and $5,000,000 (Categories B,C,) per occurrence for all sums which the Contractors shall become obligated to pay by reason of liability imposed by law upon the Contractors for damages arising out of/or in connection with all operations of the Contractors, its agents, officers, employees or other persons for whom the Contractors is legally responsible relating to their obligations with the project. Such insurance shall include, but is not limited to bodily injury and property damage including loss of use; broad form products, broad form completed operations; premises, property & operations; personal injury; blanket contractual liability; non-owned automobile; broad form property damage; owners & contractors protective; occurrence property damage; medical payments; employees as additional insured(s): contingent employers liability; cross liability and severability of interest clause.
