RFP Design Services - Nocatee North Reclaim Water Storage Tank JEA is implementing the Nocatee North Reclaim Water Storage Tank Project to design and construct a new 3.55 Mgall on prestressed concrete tank to match the existing prestressed concrete tank located at the No catee North reclaim water pump station. Hence, the Consultant shall provide engineering services, as described herein, to support the development and implementation of the No catee North Reclaim Water Storage Tank Project. A Response will not be rejected if these forms are not submitted at the Response Due Date and Time. However, failure to submit these documents prior to Contract execution could result in Response rejection. JEA has the right to waive irregularities or informalities in the Responses to the extent allowable under applicable laws. JEA reserves the right to negotiate the best terms and conditions if determined to be in the best interests of JEA.
